• We are looking forward to reopening our Hotel & Residence in April 2022. Since your safety is our top priority, all citizen of Riffian and Dorf Tirol will undergo a COVID-19 test. In our hotel we are also taking extensive protective measures for you.

• In our small hotel we accommodate only a small number of guests. The number of our long-time employees is also manageable. This allows us to easily follow all hygiene measures and safety distances in the spacious common areas.
• If you prefer self-catering in these times, book one of our 8 holiday apartments in the Residence with its own kitchenette and refrigerator – here you can enjoy your holiday all to yourself. If you wish, we will even bring a breakfast basket directly to your holiday apartment.
• At Hotel & Residence Zirmerhof we guarantee meticulous cleanliness as always. Several times a day, our employees clean and disinfect all areas and surfaces with high-quality antiviral agents.
• The outdoor pool and the outdoor sauna with mountain view are open, as well as the indoor wellness area with indoor pool, relaxation rooms & saunas.
• In the restaurant area, too, the safety distances are always observed: At our buffets you will be safely served by our service personnel with appropriate protective measures.
• Avoiding contacts is nowhere as easy as here in South Tyrol! During our guided hikes in the boundless nature and in the mountains, you can enjoy your holiday far away from the crowds, even in times of COVID-19.
• Book without worries: Due to the current situation, all stays can be cancellation for free up to 14 days before arrival.

• Our hotel is closed in winter. However, you are welcome to book our residence apartments during that time.
• Rates do not include the tourist tax, amounting to € 1.40 per night. Children under 14 are exempted.
• For bookings of less than 3 days we charge a 10% supplement.
• One child aged 1 to 4.99 years can stay in their parents’ room free of charge. Children 5 years and older enjoy a 50% discount.
• Please be aware that pets are not allowed at the Zirmerhof.
• In 2022, rates include a complimentary MeranCard valid for the duration of your stay.
• We regret to inform you that it is not possible to reserve specific room numbers or choose a specific floor.
• Our preferred methods of payment are cash and debit card, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Your room is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to checkout by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

• During the summer season, residence guests are welcome to enjoy the hotel’s spa amenities and may choose from different catering options, namely breakfastonly, half board or bread service:
  • Breakfast only: € 18.00 per person and day
  • Half board: € 32.00 per person and day
  • Children up to 12 years: 50% discount
  • Bread service on demand
  • Cleaning service: € 10.00 per day and apartment
• Rates do not include the tourist tax, amounting to € 1.30 per night. Children under 14 are exempted.
• The final cleaning service costs between € 40.00 and € 50.00, in the Family Plus apartment € 60.00.
• Please be aware that pets are not allowed at the Zirmerhof.
• From early January till end of June, and from mid-October till early November, rates include a complimentary MeranCard valid for the duration of your stay.
